Amazingly located condo in a residential building in the heart of Manhattan. Times Square, Javits Center, tons of restaurants, shopping, Broadway, Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, and more! Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, with restaurants and bars galore, giving you a respite from the busy city. This is a beautiful historic-style building that places you right by all the amazing hot spots of the city. It's a great unit to share with your friends, family, and/or co-workers.

Time Square/Hell's Kitchen is an amazing neighborhood! The best in the city! This is the epicenter of NYC. Trains, buses, and walk to anything you need within 5 minutes! Residential streets are lined with brownstones, many of which are designated as landmark buildings. all these make the neighborhood well worth strolling around. The Clinton/Hell’s kitchen area (just off Times Square) combines the great atmosphere of the Theater district with the liveliness of a buzzing neighborhood often compared to the West Village. Indeed, the charming buildings around 46th Street and 9th Avenue will fill you with a unique Village feeling. Numerous restaurants, bars/lounges, grocery stores, coffee shops, and other trendy boutiques surround this distinctive tree-lined block. You can easily travel throughout Manhattan with all subway lines just a couple of blocks away (42th Street and 8th Ave).

The whole of New York is right on your doorstep. Hell's Kitchen, also known as Midtown West, is a neighborhood on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. It is traditionally considered to be bordered by 34th Street to the south, 59th Street to the north, Eighth Avenue to the east, and the Hudson River to the west. The apartment has two full bathrooms - and is supplied with bath essentials (shampoo, body wash), towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

• The Food Emporium - 6 min walk

 PARKING
There is limited free street parking on a first come first serve basis, but a lot of paid parking is available. The only FREE parking is street parking and depending on the time of day, street parking may be hard to find. Please note if you do park on the street you will have to follow street sweeping rules (which will be posted).

You will have to check with them individually about what their fees are.

SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES
The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. There are smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. 

 OTHER AMENITIES
The home comes with a washer, dryer, free high-speed WiFi, a hairdryer, and Smart TV.

 HOUSE RULES
Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking. 

• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100/pet with a combined pet weight limit of 30lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300. 

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events. 

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out. We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.

• ADDITIONAL NOTE •
- You will be receiving a separate email to complete the pre-check-in form prior to arrival where you will be required to upload documents for verification such as a photo of your ID and card used for payment.

⚠️DISCLAIMER: Please be advised that it's very normal/common to see mice/rats in New York City. Due to the continuing increase of the mice/rats problem in New York City, (although rare to see one inside our apartment) we've also increased our efforts to help control them coming inside.

Do note, we have a bi-weekly exterminator visit the apartment, which means this could happen during your stay. We will ALWAYS notify you in advance to let you know prior to entering the unit and NO ONE will ever enter without your approval. (an exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening issue in the building).
