A newly modern renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a private backyard/outdoor space that is so rare in NYC! The calming and fresh interior is meant to give you a relaxing atmosphere. For the utmost comfort, fresh linens, blankets, towels, and toiletries are provided for your comfort! Everything is new!

This apartment features 3 good-sized bedrooms and each room has walk-in closets, 2 full bathrooms, and backyard space with outdoor furniture. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances ie: a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, stove, and oven. It comes fully stocked with basic kitchen supplies, ie: utensils, flatware, glasses, pots, and pan. You will have everything you need to make a nice meal with your family or friends.

The spacious living room has a comfy sofa that is convertible to a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, a smart TV, a working space with a desk and chair for work, a dining table good for 6 people, and a full bathroom with complimentary toiletries. There is a washer and dryer that you can use for your stay.

There is limited free street parking on a first come first serve basis but a lot of paid parking is available.

The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property which includes entrance and exits. There are NO cameras inside the home.

 OTHER AMENITIES
The home comes with a washer, dryer, free high-speed WiFi, a hairdryer, walk-in closets, and Smart TVs.

 HOUSE RULES
• PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100/pet with no pet weight limit and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300. 

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events. 

• LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out. We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.

• ADDITIONAL NOTE •
- You will be receiving a separate email to complete the pre-check-in form prior to arrival where you will be required to upload documents for verification such as a photo of your government-issued ID and credit/debit card used for payment.

We will ALWAYS notify you in advance to let you know prior to entering the unit and NO ONE will ever enter without your approval. (an exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening issue in the building).
