The warmth and Exposed Beams wood ceiling exemplify the charm country home. This house is in the most historic and architecturally eclectic neighborhood in west Cornwall it has a stunning wooden chandelier and 2 antique fireplaces. The spacious land with lots of outdoor space offers a seclusively and relaxing ambiance. The four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining room with a long dining table, and ample lounge space. It has a workspace with a desk, table, chair, and space for a laptop. A pack ‘n play/crib is available by advance request. In addition, you'll get to have free access to the peaceful and beautiful lake in the area. The property is about a 6 min drive to Cream Hill Lake. You can also conveniently order groceries online via Instacart.

The patio area comes with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. Perfect for celebrating little victories or enjoy homemade burgers! 

The property also has a separate guest cottage (with shared gym access) that can be rented.

The property features a separate gym house with basic gym equipment a treadmill, a Peloton bike, a yoga mat, and other weights equipment. In addition, there is a ping-pong table, a foosball table, soccer balls for playing games, a window-type A/C, and a TV for entertainment.

 HOUSE RULES

PETS: This property is pet-friendly with a $100/pet fee.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and terrace. There is a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property.

NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

•  INTERNET
There will be a $300 fine for each guest using our internet to improperly copy/torrent copyrighted content. Our internet provider suspends the connection for such activities.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Any guest that is not on the reservation, whether overnight or temporary visitors, is strictly prohibited and is considered an Unauthorized Guest. No guests other than those on the reservation are allowed on the property, including in the unit and common areas. 

Having Unauthorized Guests is a breach of the contract, even if the total number of guests is below the maximum occupancy. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter. Events, parties, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. This will result from immediate eviction without a refund.

• BINDING AGREEMENT
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Upon any infraction of rules, Elevate Properties may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits.

• LOST AND FOUND
Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out. We do not allow any mail deliveries or packages during your stay.
