The kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining room with a long dining table, and ample lounge space. It has a workspace with a desk, table, chair, and space for a laptop. A pack ‘n play/crib is available by advance request. In addition, you'll get to have free access to the peaceful and beautiful lake in the area. The property is about a 6 min drive to Cream Hill Lake. You can also conveniently order groceries online via Instacart. The patio area comes with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. Perfect for celebrating little victories or enjoying homemade burgers!

• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property. There is a maximum of two pets only and a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 10 AM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony, backyard, and terrace (if applicable). There is a smoking fine of $300.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes. Photoshoots, film shooting, and music videos are prohibited.
• ADDITIONAL NOTE
- You will be receiving a separate email to complete the pre-check-in form prior to arrival where you will be required to upload documents (a photo of your ID and a photo of the card used for the reservation) for verification.
